Thigh Exercise
Getting Rid of Extra Fat (each 10 seconds per day)
- 1. Lie on your side and tighten your legs.
- 2. Lift up the bottom leg and let it stay in the air for 10 seconds.
- 3. Change side and do the same.
Training Muscle Strain (each 10 seconds per day)
- 1. Look ahead, stand straight, stick out your chest and hold back your stomach. Try to relax all the muscles in your body.
- 2. Bend one leg backward like the picture below, hold it with the hand on that side and stretch the muscle of the other leg. Hold this pose for 10 seconds, and then change to the other side.

Calf Muscle Relaxing (10 seconds per day)
- 1. Sit straight like the picture below and look ahead.
- 2. Hold one foot and lift it up slowly. Hold the pose for 5 seconds and then change side.
O-shaped Legs & X-shaped Legs
O-Leg Correction (5 times per day, 3 seconds each time)
- 1. Stand straight and circle your legs inward like the picture below.
- 2. When your legs are close to each other, hold the pose for 3 seconds.
- 1. Stand straight and circle your legs outward like the picture below.
- 2. When your legs are close to each other, hold the pose for 3 seconds.
Legs Shape Correction (3 times per day, 5 seconds each time)
- 1. Squat down like the picture below, palms touching the floor.
- 2. Slowly stand up within 5 seconds until your legs are straight. You can adjust the distance between your palms and the floor if your legs are not straight enough. Now hold the pose for 5 seconds.
Five Taboos in the Path of Beautiful Legs:
- Taboo 1: Siting on one side with both legs on that side, sitting with legs far apart or siting with legs crossed.
- Taboo 2: Standing on one leg or standing with legs crossed.
- Taboo 3: Sleeping on your side or sleeping on your front.
- Taboo 4: Walking in heels that are too high.
- Taboo 5: Always carrying bags on the same shoulder.
